Welcome to CarRental. By creating an account or booking a vehicle through our marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's licence to book or list a vehicle on CarRental.
2. Bookings
When you confirm a reservation you agree to the price, fees, mileage limits, fuel policy and cancellation policy shown for that vehicle. As a host, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for honouring confirmed bookings.
3. Payments, fees & security deposits
The total shown at checkout includes the rental rate and any listed fees. A security deposit may be authorised on your card at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned undamaged and with the agreed fuel level. Payments are processed securely; refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy and are returned to your original payment method.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no unlawful content, scraping, fraudulent bookings or listings, or attempting to disrupt the platform.
5. Availability
We work to keep CarRental available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update features and listings over time.
